What is Erlang e-learning?

Erlang is experiencing an exponential growth in interest from developers worldwide. Erlang Solutions, in collaboration with the University of Kent, have developed a system that delivers at a distance, the same high-quality interactive experience that is delivered face-to-face.

The e-learning offering allows people to be trained who, due to temporal, geographical or economical constraints, are not able to attend traditional face-to-face instruction.

The e-learning platform is the first of its kind for the Erlang language and incorporates features that are unique to any e-learning platform.

  • Evening School of Erlang
    This course requires an enrolment key
    The Evening School of Erlang is a series of Erlang classes designed to bring together developers interested in programming in Erlang and companies who are looking to recruit bright Erlang developers all across the U.S.

    The Evening School of Erlang consists of two-hour evening classes which are conducted twice a week over a four week period in the afternoon.

    The classes include exercises which allow participants to put the theory into practice and these are automatically tested and assessed using the Erlang e-learning feedback tool.

    At the end of the four weeks, participants will be able to take the Erlang Foundation certification exam at no additional cost. This will validate to future employers their knowledge of the Erlang language.
